BWChat is available for iOS devices running iOS 16.0 or later. This includes iPhone models compatible with iOS 16 and above.
BWChat offers core messaging features completely free, including 1:1 chat, up to 3 group chats, and photo sharing. For users who want more, we offer BWChat Pro at $2.99/month, which includes unlimited group chats, video message sharing, extended media storage, priority message delivery, and priority customer support. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.
Download BWChat from the App Store, open the app, and follow the registration steps. You'll need to choose a username and password. You can then customize your profile with an avatar, nickname, and bio.
Go to the Contacts tab in BWChat, tap the "Add Friend" button, and search for a user by their username. Send them a friend request, and once they accept, you can start chatting.
Yes! Navigate to the Groups tab, tap "Create Group", give your group a name, and add members from your friends list. You can manage group members and settings from the group detail page.
We take security seriously. BWChat uses JWT-based authentication, secure password hashing, and has zero third-party dependencies — meaning your data is not shared with any external analytics or advertising services. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
When you first open BWChat, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. If you missed this prompt, go to your iPhone's Settings > Notifications > BWChat and enable notifications there.
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at wegptcom@gmail.com with your username. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.
